Perfection Auto Sales & Service on Academy COVID-19 Update:

Our customers’ and team members’ health and safety are our top priorities. Here at Perfection, we are taking the necessary preventative measures to ensure that everyone remains safe when you bring in your vehicle for service during this time. We are taking necessary precautions and are confident that our dealership is a safe environment for our customers and employees. We’re keeping a watchful eye on COVID-19 developments and will continue to update you via our website as things change.

Preventative Measures We Are Taking

We have taken the necessary precautions to create a safe, healthy environment for our customers, and will continue to apply the preventative measures outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  Please read on to learn about the steps we are taking to ensure your safety:

  • Our voluntarily remaining staff is working hard to disinfect our dealerships multiple times a day and we have in increased cleaning on touch points including doorknobs, handles and countertops
  • We have reduced the seating capacity in our waiting areas to provide additional space for customers while they wait
  • Hand sanitizer can be found throughout our dealership
  • We will post guidelines for proper hand-washing techniques in each bathroom
  • After each service, service technicians will fully wipe down your vehicle
  • We will avoid unnecessary contact like handshakes by using other forms of greeting and following social distancing guidelines
  • We are wiping down vehicles before and after customer demonstration to ensure safety
  • We will enforce procedures that encourage staff to stay home if they are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is feeling unwell
  • Staff will be kept up to date with any COVID-19 updates to ensure we’re doing our part to minimize its impact

We would like to request our customers to consider the following when visiting Perfection:

  • We recommend dropping your vehicle off for service.  We can’t allow more than 10 waiters at once
  • Upon arrival please wash your hands prior to meeting with your service advisor
  • Although pens are provided for your use, please consider bringing your own
  • Perfection will temporarily stop providing reading material in the customer lounge. Please feel free to bring your own or use our free Wi-Fi
  • We encourage our customers to wear face coverings to help protect themselves and our employees

Vehicle Sales Showroom is Open by Appointment & Online 

We are selling online and by appointment in the showroom.  We are communicating with customers to answer any questions and provide additional information as requested.  We will do our best to communicate via phone, email or text in a timely manner.  If you prefer, we will also deliver a vehicle to your house to test drive and purchase.
